实验研究了分置式斯特林循环塑料制冷机,对组成排出器的尼龙推移活塞和玻璃钢气缸的材料性质进行了试验,在制成最低制冷温度为8.5K 的四级塑料制冷机的基础上,试制了一台工作温度为60K—80K,最低制冷温度为45K 的小功率二级塑料制冷机,以适合有可能实用化的高 Tc 超导电子器件的冷却要求。实测了二级机的预冷曲线,分析了影响制冷性能的因素,提出了改进方向。
Experimental study of the split Stirling cycle plastic refrigerator, the composition of the ejector nylon plunger piston and the material properties of glass fiber reinforced plastic cylinder were tested in the minimum refrigeration temperature of 8.5K made on the basis of four plastic refrigerators, A low-power two-stage plastic refrigerator with a working temperature of 60K-80K and a minimum cooling temperature of 45K was manufactured to suit the cooling requirements of practical high-Tc superconducting devices. The precooling curve of the second-class machine was measured, the factors affecting the cooling performance were analyzed, and the improvement direction was proposed.
