高校学报是科技期刊的重要组成部分,如何进一步提高质量,充分发挥其信息加工、传播、承载、催生、中介等功能和对科技进步的更大的促进作用,高校学报要牢固树立精品意识,在编辑工作中应注重强化价值意识、质量意识、特色意识、目标意识和责任意识,以打造并及时推出更多的名优精品学报来。
Journals of colleges and universities are an important part of sci-tech periodicals. How to further improve their quality, give full play to their functions of information processing, dissemination, bearing, birth, agency and so on, and greatly promote the progress of science and technology. Editors should pay attention to strengthening the sense of value, quality awareness, characteristics of awareness, awareness and sense of responsibility to create and timely introduction of more famous journals.
