深入学习江泽民总书记“七一”重要讲话精神,关键就是要躬身实践“三个代表”重要思想,特别是要抓住经济建设这个中心,不断解放和发展生产力,推动县域经济快速健康发展。 一、抓大扶强,调高调优,促使县乡工业企业实现跨越式发展 经济结构的战略性调整,是“十五”计划的主线。对于县区域经济来说,只有把经济结构理顺,才能真正提高经济增长的质量,才能进一步增强发展后劲。因此,既要从客观上理解、把握“战略性”调整的趋势和任务,又要在具体工作中作出“适应性”调整的谋划和安排,做到以市场为方向,以改革为动力,以科技为手段,依托现有规模和资源优势,合理配置,抓大扶强,调高调优,使县乡工业企业在“大调整”的背景
