隐匿型粟粒结核多见于老人,可因延误诊断或误诊而预后不良,成为结核死亡的主要原因。解剖发现粟粒结核并无减少倾向,且死亡者年龄逐渐升高。由于化疗的开展,对于粟粒结核现已能治愈,故不应误诊。当前,肺结核与肺外结核已多见于老人,故粟粒结核在成人、老人有所增多。根据日本1967～1976年共剖检940例粟粒结核报告,其高峰年龄均在老年组,且后期高峰更有后移。近几年欧美报告粟粒结核由过去的典型已转变为隐匿型或非典型。
Occult miliary tuberculosis more common in the elderly, may be due to delay in diagnosis or misdiagnosis and poor prognosis, a major cause of tuberculosis death. Anatomy found miliary tuberculosis did not reduce the tendency, and the age of the deceased gradually increased. Due to the development of chemotherapy, miliary tuberculosis can now be cured, it should not be misdiagnosed. Currently, tuberculosis and extrapulmonary tuberculosis have been more common in the elderly, so miliary tuberculosis in adults, the elderly have increased. According to Japan’s 1967-1976 co-autopsy 940 cases of miliary tuberculosis report, the peak age in the elderly group, and post-peak more backward. In recent years, the reports of miliary tuberculosis in Europe and the United States have changed from the past typical to the occult or atypical.
