教书是一项很令人着迷的工作。那种能够亲眼目睹学生的成长过程所带来的成就感与喜悦感是无法言表的。只有把教书育人当作一项事业的人,才能成为一名真正的好教师。我认为要成为一名好教师,应具备六个方面的素养。
Teaching is a very fascinating job. The kind of sense of accomplishment and joy that can witness the growth of a student can not be explained. Only those who teach and educate people as a cause can become truly good teachers. I think in order to be a good teacher, I should have six qualities.
