用失重法研究了盐酸溶液中硫脲对铝的缓蚀作用,发现硫脲吸附在铝表面上,且基本上服从Langmuir吸附等温式,作者认为,这种吸附可能是产生缓蚀作用的主要原因。在25℃和35℃的条件下,用电化学方法,对铝在含有不同浓度硫脲的盐酸溶液中进行腐蚀电位测试。结果表明,缓蚀率随着硫脲浓度的升高而增大,这些结果与用失重法所测试的结果是一致的。
The effect of thiourea on the corrosion inhibition of aluminum in hydrochloric acid solution was studied by weight loss method. It was found that thiourea adsorbed on the aluminum surface and basically obey the Langmuir adsorption isotherm. The authors believe that this adsorption may be the main reason for corrosion inhibition . The corrosion potential of aluminum in hydrochloric acid solutions containing different concentrations of thiourea was tested electrochemically at 25 ° C and 35 ° C. The results show that the corrosion inhibition rate increases with the increase of thiourea concentration. These results are consistent with the results of the weight loss test.
