在82只早孕家兔,共515个胚胎中,研究了利凡诺、甘油和丙二醇的抗早孕作用。单用利凡诺水溶液抗早孕成功率与其剂量大小平行。50%甘油(V/V)抗早孕作用较50%丙二醇(V/V)强大,有显著差异(P<0.01),但与甘油丙二醇各50%(V/V)相类似,二者无显著差异。甘油能增强利凡诺的抗早孕作用。 在蒸馏水,50%甘油和甘油丙二醇各50%溶液三种溶媒中,甘油丙二醇各50%溶液的粘滞系数最大,与蒸馏水和50%甘油溶液相比较,有极显著差异(P<0.01)。而且利凡诺甘油丙二醇制剂还能显著提高利凡诺在早孕兔宫腔内的残留量
In a total of 515 embryos from 82 early pregnancy rabbits, the anti-early pregnancy effects of rivanol, glycerol and propylene glycol were studied.
