丹参是活血化瘀的代表中药,1970年以来在临床、制剂等方面的研究不断深入,特别是近10年来的实验室研究取得了不少突破性进展,本文就此作一概述如下。1 对神经系统的作用 匡氏实验室近年来就丹参治疗脑缺血的机理在分子水平上进行了系列研究,所用模型均为结扎动脉法,符合瘀血阻滞的中医理论。实验表明在脑内的活血化瘀治法,在分子水平上表现为对神经递质、血管活性物质紊乱的调节,对超微结构畸变的保护,抑制异常的基因表达等。腹腔注射丹参注射液(10/kg)后,与未治疗组相比,丹参可显著降低其神经损害,延迟神经障碍出现的时间,明显增高脑组织的比重,减轻脑水
Salvia miltiorrhiza is a representative traditional Chinese medicine for promoting blood circulation. Since 1970, research in clinical and preparation has continued to deepen. In particular, laboratory research in the past 10 years has made many breakthroughs. This article gives an overview of this as follows. 1 Effects on the nervous system In recent years, the laboratory of Tanshi has conducted a series of studies on the mechanism of Danshen’s treatment of cerebral ischemia at the molecular level. All the models used are ligation of arterial methods and are consistent with traditional Chinese medicine theory of blood stasis. Experiments have shown that the method of promoting blood circulation and removing blood stasis in the brain is manifested at the molecular level in the regulation of disturbances of neurotransmitters and vasoactive substances, the protection against ultrastructural distortion, and suppression of abnormal gene expression. After intraperitoneal injection of Danshen injection (10/kg), compared with the untreated group, Salvia miltiorrhiza can significantly reduce its nerve damage, delay the appearance of neurological disorders, significantly increase the proportion of brain tissue, and reduce brain water
