1 Accident After November 19, 1983, a zinc sulfate plant with sulfuric acid and zinc ash reaction of zinc sulfate. When workers poured freshly purchased sulfuric acid into a vat containing zinc ash, a large amount of brown, garlic-like gas was found to escape from the cylinder without any warning. The day by six workers in the cylinder before mixing, each operation for half an hour. To the night, six people were dizziness, headache, nausea, fatigue, throat, cough and other symptoms.
