本文分析了以天然高岭土为原料,经碳热还原氨化反应制备β′-Sialon粉体过程中出现的化学反应,从热力学角度研究了反应温度及气体分压对产物组成的影响,通过实验结果与热力学分析相结合,寻找出制约反应进行的速度控制步骤,并讨论了获得较高β′-Sialon粉体转化率所需的温度范围.
In this paper, the chemical reactions that occur in the preparation of β’-Sialon powder from natural kaolin as raw materials through carbothermal reduction amination reaction are studied. The effects of reaction temperature and gas partial pressure on the composition of the products are studied from the thermodynamic point of view. In combination with the thermodynamic analysis, the speed control steps to control the reaction are sought and the temperature range required to obtain higher β’-Sialon powder conversion is discussed.
