物业管理员:在国家劳动保障部颁发的《国家职业标准》中,物业管理员是指按照物业管理服务合同约定,通过对房屋建筑及与之相配套的设备、设施和场地进行专业化维修养护管理以及维护相关区域内环境卫生和公共秩序,为业主、使用人提供服务的人员。职业共分三个等级,分别为物业管理员(国家职业资格四级)、助理物业管理师(国家职业资格三级)、物业管理师(国家职业资格二级)。
Property Manager: In the “National Occupational Standards” issued by the Ministry of Labor and Social Security, the property manager refers to the professional maintenance and repair of the house building and the related equipment, facilities and sites in accordance with the contract of the property management service. Manage and maintain the sanitation and public order in the relevant area and provide services to owners and users. Occupation is divided into three levels, namely, property management (national vocational qualification level 4), assistant property management division (national vocational qualification level 3), property management division (national vocational qualification level 2).
