目的通过评估救助儿童会在和田市开展以社区为基础的妇女儿童健康促进项目培训活动的情况,为完善项目培训方案和推广项目经验提供参考依据。方法通过查阅项目相关文件、填写项目问卷调查法、业务人员选题小组讨论、试卷与操作考核、入户访谈服务对象等方法,对受训对象的知识掌握程度进行评估。结果细分目标人群,开展分类培训,培训的效果得到受训人群的认可,人群相关知识知晓率比项目实施前分别提高了79.40%、84.13%。结论采取项目管理人员直接培训最基层专业人员、居民和参与式培训的方式,更能调动参训人员的积极性,信息能够更加有郊地传播和运用于实践。
OBJECTIVE By evaluating the activities of Save the Children in the community-based activities of women and children’s health promotion in Hetian City, this paper provides a reference for improving the training program and promoting the project experience. Methods To assess the level of knowledge of the trainees by consulting the project related documents, filling in the project questionnaire survey method, selecting the topic group by the business people, exam papers and operations, and interviewing the service objects at home. The results were subdivided into target groups and carried out classified training. The training effect was recognized by the training population, and the awareness rate of crowd-related knowledge increased by 79.40% and 84.13% respectively compared with that before the project implementation. Conclusion The project management staff to directly train the most grass-roots professionals, residents and participatory training methods, more able to mobilize the enthusiasm of the trainees, the information can be more spread and applied in the suburbs of practice.
