为了更好地推动小学数学教学改革的深入开展,不断提高教学效率,变应试教育为素质教育,《上海教育》杂志社在前些年举办过的“小学数学练习设计”征文大赛的基础上又于1994年9月起举办了“小学数学新课导入”教学设计征文大赛。该项大赛原订于1995年3月截稿,由于全国各地广大小学数学教师,各市、区、县小学数学教研人员积极参与、踊跃投稿,各类文体的“小学数学新课导入”教学设计来稿络绎不绝,致使整个征文比赛延续了两年之久。
