江西省抚州地区价格学会第二届年会于1989年6月20～21日在抚州市召开。参加会议代表共计60余人,收到学术论文十余篇,会议选举产生了第二届价格学会理事会。黄祥辉为理事长,欧阳禄、陈锋、郭容仙为副理事长,周南昌为秘书长。蔡龙喜、封晓炊为秘书长。行署副专员黄昕明、省价格学会副理事长兼秘书长段求平、地区社联副主席王莘耕分别到会,表示祝贺并讲了话。新的理事会研究决定,学会将组织有关理事就以下问题组织开展学会活动。会议议定的研究课题是:
The second annual meeting of Price Society in Fuzhou, Jiangxi Province was held in Fuzhou City on June 20-21, 1989. A total of more than 60 representatives attended the conference, received more than 10 academic papers, the meeting elected the second session of the price society council. Huang Xianghui as chairman, Ouyang Lu, Chen Feng, Guo Rongxian as vice chairman, Zhou Nanchang as secretary general. Cai Longxi, Feng Xiao cooking for the Secretary-General.
