截至2007年,我国已建立并被国务院国资委和各省级国资委认可的从事产权交易的机构已达65家。据统计,2006年全国产权交易机构共完成各类产权交易17074件,交易金额达2715亿元。其中,国有产权交易达9184宗,交易金额达2015亿元,分别占总数量和总金额的53.8%和74.2%。在国有产权的交易中,国有及国有控股企业受让占35%,外国企业或其他资本占10%,社会其他各类资本占55%。我国已初步建立了产权交易的市场平台。
As of 2007, China has established and was approved by the State Council SASAC and the provincial SASAC engaged in property transactions has reached 65 institutions. According to statistics, in 2006, the national property rights exchange agencies completed a total of 17074 transactions of various types of property rights, with a transaction amount of 271.5 billion yuan.
