为保证航空维修检测可靠度,提高维修效率,采用因素设计法,通过试验考察照明条件、板面颜色、检测距离以及检测角度等环境因素对维修人员目视检测结果的影响,用统计方法得出不同条件下95%置信水平的损伤检出概率(POD)。结果表明:为达到更高的POD,检测距离越小越好,照明条件不宜过亮,检测角度以垂直最好;在所考察的影响因素中,距离的影响程度最大,光照和角度次之,板面颜色影响并不大。
In order to ensure the reliability of aviation maintenance testing and improve the maintenance efficiency, the factor design method is adopted to examine the influence of environmental factors such as lighting conditions, board color, detection distance and detection angle on the visual inspection results of maintenance personnel.
