石油企业的党务管理工作,在日常经营管理方面起到重要的作用。在传统的石油企业党务管理工作中,一般是以党的建设为主,将党务工作融入到企业管理,还存在诸多薄弱环节,使得党务管理工作,在推动石油企业发展中的引领作用发挥的不充分。为此,针对石油企业党务管理工作,要加强改革创新,提升党务工作的质量,以此来实现石油企业高产高效的目标,逐步提高市场内竞争力,进而巩固党的领导地位。
