目的:探讨胰康胶囊对四氧嘧啶诱发的高血糖大、小鼠模型的降糖作用。方法:尾静脉注射四氧嘧啶72 h造ICR小鼠(85 mg.kg-1)、SD大鼠(60 mg.kg-1)糖尿病模型后,随机分为6组:胰康胶囊高、中、低剂量组,模型对照组,盐酸二甲双胍阳性对照组,金芪降糖片阳性对照组。胰康胶囊小鼠2.8,1.4,0.7 g.kg-1,大鼠2.2,1.1,0.55 g.kg-1剂量下连续ig给药11 d后,观察胰康胶囊高、中、低剂量降糖作用以及对正常小鼠葡萄糖耐量的影响。结果:胰康胶囊高、中、低剂量能使高糖模型小鼠血糖值明显降低,与模型组小鼠比较,差异有显著性意义(P<0.01)。降糖百分率分别为23.8%,21.1%,18.7%;胰康胶囊在给药11 d和停药24 h能显著抑制高糖模型大鼠血糖升高;胰康胶囊对正常小鼠的葡萄糖耐量有明显改善作用。结论:胰康胶囊对四氧嘧啶所致高血糖小鼠、大鼠血糖值有明显降低作用;对正常小鼠的糖耐量有显著的改善作用。
Objective: To investigate the hypoglycemic effect of Pankang capsule on alloxan-induced hyperglycemia in mice. Methods: Alloxan induced by ICAO (85 mg.kg-1) and SD (60 mg.kg-1) diabetes model were randomly divided into 6 groups: Pancang Capsule high, medium , Low dose group, model control group, metformin hydrochloride positive control group and Jinqi hypoglycemic tablet positive control group.
