大家知道内径千分尺的测量误差比外径千分尺大,原因之一是它没有测力装置凭各人的触觉来测量工件尺寸,这个差异一般在5~10微米左右。为了使内外尺寸的测量接近,我们试制了一种如图1所示的具有一定测量力的内径千分尺量头(150~175毫米)。它是除去弓架的外径千分尺微分器,保留了测力装置,或者直接采用量具厂的微分头(最好是带硬质合金测量面的),并将测量面磨成球面。另做一个如图2所示的尺架,微分头装进
We all know that the measurement error of the inner diameter micrometer is larger than the outer diameter micrometer. One of the reasons is that it does not measure the workpiece size by the touch of each person, and the difference is generally about 5 to 10 microns. In order to make the measurement of internal and external dimensions close, we have tried out a kind of internal diameter micrometer head (150 ~ 175 mm) with certain measuring force as shown in Fig.1.
