为了解包头地区服务行业职工弓形体的感染情况,我们于1988年对冶金工业部第二冶金建设公司服务行业所有从业人员进行了调查。 方法 受检血清标本采用弓形体间接血凝试验法检测,试剂由中国农科院兰州兽医研究所提供,以1:64(++)判为阳性。并进行HBsAg、肝功能、便培养、X线胸透及其它各系统检查。
In order to understand the situation of toxoplasmosis among service workers in Baotou, we conducted a survey in 1988 on all practitioners in the service industry of the Second Metallurgical Construction Company of the Ministry of Metallurgical Industry. Methods Serum samples were tested by Toxoplasma indirect hemagglutination test, reagents provided by the Lanzhou Veterinary Research Institute of Chinese Academy of Agricultural Sciences, 1:64 (++) as a positive sentence. And HBsAg, liver function, it will be cultured, chest X-ray and other system checks.
