为探讨分散接尘人群在矽肺发生初期体内微量元素的变化,本文选择中国铁道建筑总公司10个工程局中116例0+期接尘工人及431例0期接尘工人,测定其发中Zn、Cu、Fe、Mg、Ca、Se、Mn等7种微量元素含量。分析发现:在总体接尘人群中,由于不同工程局接尘人群间存在某种混杂因子的影响,掩盖了矽肺病变与发中微量元素的关系;在同一工程局接尘人群内比较,0期组与0+期组发中微量元素有统计学差异;利用两组间微量元素差异,用非参数判别法筛选0+期工人,得到满意的筛选结果。表明矽肺在发生初期,利用发中微量元素的变化筛选0+期接尘工人是可行的。
In order to investigate the changes of microelements in the early stages of silicosis, the paper selected 116 workers in 0 + period and workers in 0 stage in 10 engineering bureaus of China Railway Construction Corporation to determine the contents of Zn, Cu, Fe, Mg, Ca, Se, Mn and other seven trace elements content. Analysis found that: in the overall dust population, due to the impact of some confounding factors between different engineering bureau dust crowd, to cover the relationship between silicosis and hair microelement; in the same engineering bureau dust population, 0 There was a significant difference in trace elements between the 0 + group and the 0 + group. By using the difference of trace elements between the two groups, the 0 + period workers were screened by non-parametric discriminant to obtain satisfactory screening results. Show that in the early stages of silicosis, hair changes in the use of trace elements in the screening 0 + dust workers is feasible.
