江泽民同志在庆祝中国共产党成立 80周年大会上的重要讲话 ,是一篇马克思主义的纲领性文献 ,是中国共产党进入新世纪的政治宣言。这篇讲话内涵丰富、思想深刻 ,在一系列重大问题上创造性地提出了许多重要的新思想、新观点、新论断 ,对于全党更好地适应新形势新任务的要求 ,进一步加强和改进党的建设 ,进一步做好全党和全国的各项工作 ,具有很强的现实针对性和重大的实践意义。学习讲话 ,就要坚持实践是检验真理的惟一标准 ,全面准确地领会贯穿讲话之中基本的、重要的思想 ,要牢牢把握“三个代表”重要思想的主线 ,深刻领会“三个代表”重要思想的科学内涵和作为一个整体的内在联系 ,深刻理解坚持马克思主义和丰富、发展马克思主义的辩证关系 ,充分认识创新对于一个国家、一个民族、一个政党的重要意义。当前 ,全党全国正在掀起进一步认真学习和领会江泽民同志的“七一”讲话 ,切实用讲话精神统一思想的高潮 ,以推进改革开放和社会主义现代化建设 ,推进党的作风建设 ,增强党的创造力、战斗力和凝聚力。为了把学习宣传贯彻讲话精神这件大事抓紧抓好 ,不断引向深入 ,本刊特组织一次笔谈 ,邀请有关专家针对讲话中提出的重大思想理论问题作出科学的回答和解释 ,现将笔谈内容编发如下。
Comrade Jiang Zemin’s important speech at the General Assembly marking the 80th anniversary of the founding of the Chinese Communist Party is a Marxist programmatic document and a political declaration by the Chinese Communist Party in the new century. This speech is rich in connotation and profound in thinking. It has creatively put forth many important new ideas, new ideas and new assertions on a series of major issues. At present, the whole party and the whole nation are setting forth the principle of further studying and understanding Comrade Jiang Zemin’s “1 July” speech seriously, unifying the climax of our thinking with the spirit of speech, pushing forward the reform, opening up, and socialist modernization, promoting the party’s style of work and enhancing the party’s creation Force, combat effectiveness and cohesion.
