2013年6月28日,南中央电视台主办,中国艺术研究院中国雕塑院、全国城市雕塑建没指导委员会艺术委员会协办,中央电视台书画院承办的2013年中央电视台雕塑大赛在北京正式启动。中央电视台台长胡占凡、中国艺术研究院院长王文章出席启动仪式并致辞.中央电视台领导魏地春、张海鸽、李挺,全国城市雕塑艺委会主任、中国雕塑院院长吴为山,活动评委会顾问、雕塑家代表以及中央电视台有关部门负责人参加启动仪式
On June 28, 2013, the CCTV Sculpture Contest, hosted by CCTV, the Chinese Sculpture Institute of China Academy of Art, and the Arts Committee of the National Urban Sculpture Constructivism Steering Committee, was officially launched in Beijing. Hu Zhanfan, director of CCTV, and Wang Wenzhang, director of Chinese Academy of Arts attended the ceremony and delivered speeches. CCTV leaders Wei Dichun, Zhang Haige, Li Ting, director of the National Urban Sculpture Committee, Wu Weishan, president of China Sculpture Institute, Jury adviser, sculptor representative and person in charge of relevant departments of CCTV attended the launching ceremony
