制备了2种金属蜂窝催化剂,在实验室中进行了活性和耐热性能的测试,并选择某CG125摩托车进行了催化转化器匹配技术的研究,采用最优化的方案,进行了10000km耐久试验。结果表明,开发的排放技术能够使CG125摩托车达到GB 14622-2002第2阶段排放限值。
Two kinds of metal honeycomb catalysts were prepared, the activity and heat resistance were tested in the laboratory, and a CG125 motorcycle was selected to study the catalytic converter matching technology. The optimized scheme was used to carry out 10000km durability test. The results show that the developed emission technology enables CG125 motorcycles to reach the emission limit of stage 2 of GB 14622-2002.
