选取红叶石楠幼茎和顶芽为外植体,以MS为基本培养基,添加不同浓度的6-BA和NAA激素进行离体培养,比较各种激素组合对红叶石楠初代培养、不定芽分化、生根培养的作用和影响。结果表明:初代培养的最佳培养基为MS+1.5 mg/L 6-BA+0.05 mg/L NAA;诱导不定芽分化的最适培养基为MS+2.0 mg/L 6-BA+0.2 mg/L NAA,诱导率达到86.7%;生根的最佳培养基为1/2 MS+3.0 mg/L NAA,生根率达到92.7%;组培苗移栽成活率为94.6%。
The stems and the terminal buds of Photinia fraseri were selected as explants. MS was used as the basic medium, different concentrations of 6-BA and NAA hormones were added for in vitro culture.
