田凤岐,男,61岁,大学文化,1996年1月至1999年2月,任中共辽宁省沈阳市委副书记,1999年2月至2002年1月,任辽宁省高级人民法院院长。2002年8月6日被刑事拘留,同年8月20日因涉嫌受贿犯罪被逮捕。田凤岐涉嫌受贿一案,由辽宁省人民检察院侦查终结,2002年9月5日,移送辽宁省丹东市人民检察院审查起诉。2003年3月18日,丹东市人民检察院依法向丹东市中级人民法院提起公诉。起诉书认定被告人田凤岐犯罪事实如下:一、被告人田凤岐利用其任中共沈阳市委副书记的职务便利,为田华启、何树义等人谋取利益,从中收受财物,合计人民币2540711.5元。(一)1997年5月,沈阳广田外贸公司(私营
Tian Fengqi, male, 61 years old, college culture, from January 1996 to February 1999, served as deputy secretary of the Shenyang Municipal Committee of the CPC Liaoning Province, from February 1999 to January 2002, president of the Higher People’s Court of Liaoning Province. He was detained on August 6, 2002, and arrested on August 20 of the same year on suspicion of bribery.
