预激综合征早在1930年已由Wolff氏等人作了报导,多年来预激综合征的治疗仅靠各类抗心律失常药物及电复律等方法,效果不确切且难以根治。自1968年以来国外不断有通过手术方法治愈预激综合征的报导,国内从1978年起亦陆续有手术治疗预激综合征获得成功的报告。我院心外科于1987年9月～1990年5月共收治了3例预激综合征患者,经外科手术治疗而获得痊愈。现报告如下: 一、病历摘要例1,男性,23岁。患者有陈发性心悸、头晕病史8年,初起时于剧烈活动或激动时发作,后来可无明显诱因而发作,发作时间持续数小时至二、三天不等。曾先后多次在多间医 Wolff’s syndrome was reported by Wolff et al as early as 1930.
