目的观察烟炮和磷化铝灭鼠效果及使用成本,为鼠疫疫源地灭鼠选择高效灭鼠剂提供参考依据。方法采用国家杀鼠剂现场药效测定及评价方法计算灭前和灭后鼠密度的变化,并计算使用成本。结果烟炮的二次校正杀灭率为84.75%,成本为181.90元/hm2。磷化铝二次校正杀灭率为100%,成本为81.53元/hm2。结论磷化铝灭效明显优于烟炮,使用成本低于烟炮成本。磷化铝可作为高效的灭鼠剂在野外灭鼠和疫区灭鼠中推广使用。
Objective To observe the rodent and aluminum phosphide rodenticide effect and the use of cost, plague foci to choose rodent efficient rodenticides provide a reference. Methods The local rodenticide pharmacodynamics and evaluation methods were used to calculate the changes of rat density before and after extinction and calculate the cost of use. Results The secondary calibration kill rate of the cannon was 84.75% and the cost was 181.90 yuan / hm2. Aluminum phosphate secondary correction kill rate of 100%, the cost of 81.53 yuan / hm2. Conclusion Aluminum phosphide is obviously better than smoke guns, and the cost is lower than the cost of guns. Aluminum phosphide can be used as a highly efficient rodenticide in the field of rodent control and rodent control in epidemic areas.
