本文结合实例讨论了机床主传动系统优化设计中几个带有共性的问题。包括方案的建立、设计变量的确定、目标函数及约束条件的选取、优化方法的选择及结果的处理,目标函数是传动系统的线速度和传动链柔度的加权和,用SUMT内点法进行参数优化,所得计算结果已为工厂采用,目前正在试制阶段。
This article discusses some common problems in the optimization design of main drive system of machine tool with examples. Including the establishment of the program, the determination of the design variables, the selection of the objective function and the constraints, the selection of the optimization method and the result processing. The objective function is the weighted sum of the linear velocity of the transmission system and the flexibility of the transmission chain. Parameter optimization, the calculation results have been adopted for the factory, is currently trial stage.
