目的掌握东阿县不同生境蚊虫种群密度情况及季节消长趋势,为进一步开展蚊虫防治工作提供科学依据。方法采用勺捕法调查蚊幼虫密度,采用诱蚊灯法诱捕成蚊。结果蚊幼虫平均密度在不同生境中孳生密度不同,蚊幼虫从4月开始出现,逐月增多,在7-8月达到高峰,9月后逐月下降,10月下旬消失。成蚊的季节变化趋势与蚊幼虫具有一致性,只是后延15~25 d,即从5月上旬开始出现,逐月升高,8月成蚊密度达到最高,从9月开始逐渐下降,到11月上旬消失。成蚊的季节变化趋势主要受降雨量、温度及环境因素(如食源、竞争者)的影响。结论应该加强城区公园蚊虫种群密度监测,有针对性地做好公共场所的灭蚊、防蚊工作。
Objective To understand the population density of mosquitoes in different habitats in Dong’e County and the trend of seasonal fluctuation and to provide a scientific basis for further prevention and control of mosquitoes. Methods The density of mosquito larvae was scoped by spoon scooping method, and mosquito lamp was used to trap adult mosquitoes. Results The average density of mosquito larvae was different in different habitats. Mosquito larvae began to appear in April, increased month by month, reached the peak in July-August and decreased month by month in September, but disappeared in late October. The seasonal variation trend of adult mosquitoes was consistent with that of mosquito larvae, only delayed 15 to 25 days, that is, it began to appear in early May and increased month by month. The density of adult mosquitoes reached the highest in August and gradually decreased from September to Disappeared in early November. Seasonal changes in adult mosquitoes are mainly affected by rainfall, temperature and environmental factors such as food sources and competitors. Conclusion It is necessary to strengthen the monitoring of mosquito population density in urban parks and do the mosquito and mosquito prevention work in public places in a targeted manner.
