今年初在创业板上市的苏交科(300284.SZ)正遭遇成长性难题,不仅2012年前三季度业绩出现下滑,其业务模式和收购项目的盈利前景也遭人诟病。2012年12月19日,苏交科发布了一份归还临时补充流动资金的公告。此前,公司于2012年6月审议通过《关于使用部分闲置募集资金临时补充流动资金的议案》,同意公司使用闲置募集资金人民币1.7亿元临时补充流动资金,2012年12月18日已将该项资金全部归还至公司募集资金专户。
