全国第三届地方性氟中毒学术交流会议于1988年11月26日至29日在河南省郑州市举行。会议由中华医学会地方病学会地氟病学组、卫生部专家咨询委员会地氟病专家组、中国地方病防治研究中心共同主持。国家有关部委和新闻出版单位,来自全国各地从事地氟病的防治、研究、管理的专家、教授、防治及管理人员,为地氟病防治、研究服务的部分厂家的代表,共计189人出席了会议。卫生部地方病防治局付鑫副局长、河南省政府黄雪林秘书长、河南省卫生厅许桂花副厅长也出席了会议并讲了话.
The Third National Academic Conference on Fluoride Poisoning was held in Zhengzhou, Henan Province from November 26 to 29, 1988. The meeting was co-chaired by the Fluorosis Group of the Institute of Endemic Diseases of the Chinese Medical Association, the group of fluorosis experts of the Expert Advisory Committee of the Ministry of Health, and the China Center for Endemic Disease Control and Prevention. Experts, professors, prevention and control personnel from relevant state ministries and commissions and press and publication agencies, experts, professors, prevention and control personnel engaged in the prevention, research and management of endemic fluorosis from all over the country, and representatives of some manufacturers for the prevention and treatment of ground fluorosis and research services attended by 189 people in total meeting. Fu Xin, deputy director of the endemic disease prevention and cure bureau of the Ministry of Health, secretary general of Huang Xuelin of Henan provincial government, and Xu Guihua, deputy director of Henan Provincial Health Department also attended the meeting and made a speech.
