监督法出台与施行,是我国民主法制建设中的一件大事,对于各级人大常委会依法行使监督职权,健全监督机制,加强和改进监督工作,都将产生重大而深远的影响。成都作为四川省的省会,是西南地区重要的科技、商贸、金融中心和交通、通讯枢纽。在学习贯彻监督法的过程中,它采取了哪些措施,将发挥什么样的作用?为此,记者采访了成都市人大常委会主任骆隆森。
The promulgation and implementation of the supervisory law is a major event in the construction of China’s democratic legal system. It will exert a profound and far-reaching influence on the exercise of the powers of oversight by law at all levels of the NPC Standing Committee, the sound supervision mechanism, and the strengthening and improvement of supervisory work. As the capital of Sichuan Province, Chengdu is an important hub for science and technology, commerce and trade, finance, and transport and communications in southwest China. In the course of studying and implementing the law on supervision, what measures has it taken and what kind of role it will play?
