7月26日至27日,中共广州市委、广州市政府召开全市深化国有企业改革工作会议,深入贯彻落实党的十五大精神和江泽民同志今年以来关于国有企业改革和发展的重要讲话精神,对广州加快国企改革和发展作出部署,提出要在抓大放小、公司制改革、国有资产管理机制改革、企业领导体制改革、企业分配制度改革等四个方面有大的突破。现刊出林树森市长在会上的讲话,以供各级领导、各部门和各单位贯彻执行。
From July 26 to 27, the CPC Guangzhou Municipal Committee and the Guangzhou Municipal Government held a conference to deepen the reform of state-owned enterprises in the city, and thoroughly implemented the spirit of the 15th Party Congress and the spirit of important speeches made by Comrade Jiang Zemin on the reform and development of state-owned enterprises since the beginning of this year. Guangzhou has made plans to speed up the reform and development of state-owned enterprises, and proposed that there should be major breakthroughs in four aspects, namely, grasping the large and small enterprises, reforming the corporate system, reforming the state-owned asset management mechanism, reforming the corporate leadership system, and reforming the enterprise distribution system. The mayor Lin Shusen’s speech at the meeting was published for implementation by leaders at all levels, departments, and units.
