用无创性全自动24小时动态血压监测仪测试99例糖尿病人不同时间、不同体位以及不同环境下的血压变化情况。结果显示:昼夜血压均值,日间血压均值,日间最高和最低血压均值,血压波动差值(收缩压或舒张压最高与最低差值),血压负荷(24小时内SBP>18.7kPa或DBP>12kPa次数的百分比)均比正常血压者高,两者间在统计学上有显著性差异(P<0.01)。糖尿病人血压昼夜节律性与血压正常者相比发生了明显的变化。
Ninety-four patients with diabetes mellitus were tested for changes of blood pressure at different times, in different positions and in different environments with a noninvasive automatic 24-hour ambulatory blood pressure monitor. The results showed that the mean values of diurnal mean blood pressure, daytime mean blood pressure, daytime highest and lowest mean blood pressure, difference of fluctuating blood pressure (systolic or diastolic maximum and minimum difference), blood pressure (SBP> 18.7kPa or DBP> The percentage of 12kPa times) was higher than that of normal blood pressure, there was a statistically significant difference (P <0.01). The circadian rhythm of blood pressure in diabetics has obvious changes compared with those with normal blood pressure.
