一种用层析硅胶作固定相,用正丙醇-氨水(2:1)作淋洗剂的干柱层析法提纯 DBF-偶氮胂的新方法。薄层色谱、元素分析及有效成分的测定等证明,提纯效果令人满意。
A new method for the purification of DBF-arsenazo by dry-column chromatography using silica gel as stationary phase and n-propanol-ammonia (2: 1) as eluent. Thin layer chromatography, elemental analysis and determination of the active ingredient proved that the purification effect is satisfactory.
