贵刊1985年第二期刊登了蒋梓鲲同志选写的“关于SHL型锅炉防焦裂纹”一文,较详细地论述了带有中集箱的SHL 10—13—A型锅炉,见图一。由于防焦箱系统在设计上存在着一定的缺陷,导致防焦箱发生裂纹的事故,但该文没有直接提到关于防焦箱的更换工艺,为此笔者做了一些研究与实践,写成此文。天津日用化学助剂厂使用的这种锅炉,仅运行两年就在防焦箱上发生二处热疲劳损坏,经挖补运行一年后,在挖补处再次出现
