2010年被称为中国微博元年。在风生水起的网络时代,微博的力量并不微薄。在微博大军中,政府微博作为一支独特的群体日渐引起人们的关注。政府微博方兴未艾且正在被越来越多的政府部门重视和应用。本文以北京、上海、天津三市的政府微博作为研究对象,从政府微博的内容分类、表达形式、回应互动、微博平台的延伸表达、事件性与非事件性信息的发布等五个方面探讨中国政府微博在社会信息系统中扮演的角色和功能定位,并思考政府微博的发展前景问题。
2010 is called the first year of China’s microblogging. In the era of wind and water, microblogging power is not meager. In the microblogging army, the government microblogging as a unique group has attracted people’s attention. Government microblogging in the ascendant and is being more and more government departments attention and application. In this paper, we take the government microblogging in Beijing, Shanghai and Tianjin as research objects. From the content classification, expression form, response interaction of microblogging, the extended expression of Weibo platform, the dissemination of eventual and non-event information, It explores the role and function of the Chinese government microblogging in the social information system and considers the development prospects of the government microblogging.
