随着同水平浇铸法、热顶铸造法、加石墨套铸造法、加压气体铸造法和电磁场铸造法等铸造铸锭的新技术日益推广,必定要求大量改进半连续垂直铸造的设备.如果铸造设备没有按照高的标准设计和制造,那么上述新的铸造工艺也很难为用户提供表面优质、组织良好和平直度很理想的铸锭.本文评述了有内部导轨的和有外部导轨的液压铸造机,倾翻式和台车结晶器平台,可编程序控制器和传统的继电器控制器,以及有关铸造参数的自动程序控制等现代化设备.
With the increasing application of new technologies such as horizontal casting, hot roof casting, graphite sleeve casting, pressurized gas casting and electromagnetic field casting, a great deal of improvement is required for semi-continuous vertical casting equipment. Equipment is not designed and manufactured to the highest standards, it is difficult for the new foundry process to provide users with ingots that are superb in surface quality, good in texture and flatness.This article reviews hydraulic casting machines with internal guides and external guides , Tipping and trolley mold platforms, programmable controllers and conventional relay controllers, as well as modern equipment such as automatic process control of casting parameters.
