我厂是一个只有二百多人的小厂,十几年来,在毛主席革命路线指引下,有了很大发展,由生产解放式水车转产空气压缩机。在批林批孔运动推动下,我们以党的基本路线为纲,认真贯彻“鞍钢宪法”,多快好省大搞技术改造,促进了生产的发展。从一九七四年初开始,连续大干八个月,投入六万多工时,自行设计制造十四台组合机床,实现技术革新一百四十二项,建成了2V-6/8型空气压缩机曲轴箱、气缸盖、连杆三条生产线,生产效率提高二至二十四倍,达到年产八百台空气压缩机的新水平。一九七四年工业总产值比一九六五年增长七点三倍,上缴利润等于建厂以来国家全部投资的一点三倍。全员劳动生产率达一万二千余元。
