1.两个选择(1)林地选择根据板栗的生长习性,第一,要选择光照充足的林地,日照时数不能少于6小时;第二,选择土层深厚、肥沃、湿润、排水良好的砂砾性土,并且要求土壤呈酸性,其酸碱度在5～6之间为最适宜;第三,要选择风力小的地点;第四,选择平缓山地,坡度应在30度以下。(2)品种选择板栗的优良品种很多,原产浙江的就有上虞的魁栗、紫油光,诸暨的毛板红,缙云的上光栗,还有江苏的九家种,处暑红等。全国各地有50多个优良品种,要因地制宜进行选用。
