针对闽江流域福州滨海段经常发生海水倒灌使某水厂原水含盐量显著升高,原有工艺难以应对这一问题,构建了超滤/反渗透一体化装置,并开展了处理苦咸水的中试研究,探讨了装置的处理效果、运行稳定性和经济效益。结果表明,一体化装置的出水氯离子平均浓度为14.4mg/L,平均去除率为96.89%;同时对TDS、电导率和浊度的去除率分别可达96.89%、96.68%和99.90%,脱盐率达97%以上,回收率稳定在72%~84%之间,最终出水水质满足《生活饮用水卫生标准》(GB 5749—2006)。通过降低系统能耗、加强对装置的维护保养能有效降低制水成本。超滤/反渗透双膜一体化装置可以用于解决海水倒灌引起的苦咸水问题。
Aiming at the frequent seawater intrusion in the coastal section of Fuzhou in the Minjiang River basin, the salinity of raw water of a water plant has risen significantly. It is difficult for the existing technology to deal with this problem. An integrated UF / RO system is constructed and the treatment of brackish water Pilot study to explore the device’s processing effect, operational stability and economic benefits.
