90后是目前社会力量的活跃群体,而步入工作的90后也已经成为当今社会关注的焦点。本文以河北省保定市各中小型民营企业90后员工为主要调查对象,通过对企业90后员工性格特点、心理需求、社会工作需求等多个方面开展实地调查,以期为中小型民营企业日后对90后员工的管理模式提出可行性建议。
After 90 is an active group of social forces, but after entering the work of 90 has also become the focus of attention in today’s society. Based on the survey of 90 employees in small and medium-sized private enterprises in Baoding, Hebei Province, this paper conducts a field survey on the characteristics of employees after 90s, psychological needs and social work needs, 90 after the staff management model put forward feasible suggestion.
