随着社会的飞速发展,全球一体化进程不断加快,市场经济的改革不断深化,企业想要发展并且壮大,就必须落实国家制定的一些相应政策。这使得企业的管理模式需要不断地革新且一些不利于社会发展的企业进行转型,与此同时一些改革及转型后的问题随之而来。究其原因,主要是来自市场制度、国家管理制度、企业本身及对专业工商管理性人才的缺乏。所以,我国目前管理体制对新形势的发展很难满足。在这种环境下,一定程度的阻碍了工商企业的发展。因此,为了能摆脱这种不利的因素,应尽快完善企业自身管理制度,市场制度及国家相应的一些政策,使其能够顺应社会新时期的发展。
With the rapid development of society, the process of global integration is accelerating constantly and the market economy reform deepens. If enterprises want to develop and grow, they must implement some corresponding policies formulated by the state. This makes the management model of the enterprise needs to be continuously transformed and some enterprises unfavorable to social development are undergoing transformation while some problems of reform and transition follow. The reason is mainly from the market system, the state management system, the enterprise itself and the lack of professional and business management personnel. Therefore, the current management system in our country is hardly satisfied with the development of the new situation. In this environment, to a certain extent, hinder the development of business. Therefore, in order to get rid of such unfavorable factors, we should improve our own management system, market system and corresponding policies of our country as soon as possible to enable them to comply with the development of the new period in our society.
