幽门螺杆菌(Hp)是多种胃肠道疾病的主要致病因素,但近年来的研究发现,人类口腔中也存在一定数量的Hp,一定条件下会引起某些口腔相关性疾病,并且与胃肠道疾病的发生具有某种关系,可能是胃部Hp复发再感染的来源。因此,口腔中的Hp感染在胃Hp传播中扮演着相当重要的角色。
