美国国家标准局利用电转换技术已研制了一不需要光源标准的连续校准辐射计。国家标准局所用方法证明,用一热电探测器为基础所得出的结果与用标准灯校准的结果可以符合到6％范围以内。在1973年9月18日的“Electro-Optics”杂志上介绍了标准局的探测器和系统。
The National Bureau of Standards has developed a continuous calibration radiometer that does not require a light source standard using electrical conversion techniques. The method used by the National Bureau of Standards has proved that the results obtained on the basis of a pyroelectric detector and the results calibrated with standard lamps can be within 6%. In the September 18, 1973 “Electro-Optics” magazine introduced the Bureau of the detector and system.
