可编程控制器价格便宜、可靠性高、简单易懂、操作灵活,在国内外已广泛应用于钢铁、石油、建材、机械制造、汽车等行业。基于大学教育改革要求,PLC作为一门实践性较强的课程,本文针对该课程的特点,分析了PLC实践教学的现状和主要问题,从理论教学、实验教学、案例教学以及教师队伍自我能力提高等方面对课程改革进行了探讨和研究,并提出了案例教学方案。通过教学实践证明,新的教学方案提高了学生对所学知识的综合运用能力以及动手实践能力,取得了良好的教学试验效果。
Programmable controller is cheap, high reliability, easy to understand, flexible operation, at home and abroad have been widely used in steel, petroleum, building materials, machinery manufacturing, automotive and other industries. Based on the requirements of university education reform, PLC is a practical course. According to the characteristics of this course, this paper analyzes the current situation and major problems of PLC practice teaching. From the theoretical teaching, experimental teaching, case teaching and self-improvement of teachers And other aspects of the curriculum reform were discussed and studied, and put forward the case teaching plan. The teaching practice proves that the new teaching plan improves students’ comprehensive utilization ability and hands-on ability of knowledge gained and has achieved good teaching test results.
