Psychological contract is the employee’s perception of the obligations and responsibilities of the enterprise. The practice of human resources management in the enterprise determines to a great extent the employee’s cognition of the psychological contract. Psychological contract between enterprises and different types of employees are different, according to this difference to develop the corresponding
