本文通过对浙江高职院校基层党支部的调查、分析,发现高职院校党支部活动存在经费紧缺,组织生活内容与载体单一,党务干部队伍建设投入不足,基层党支部的影响力和对党员的管理趋于弱化,基层党支部建设思路不够明确等问题。针对存在的不足,提出了以党支部目标管理与业绩激励制度建设为核心的改进对策。
Through the investigation and analysis of grassroots Party branches in higher vocational colleges in Zhejiang province, this paper finds that there is a shortage of funding for Party branch activities in higher vocational colleges, the content and carrier of organizational life is single, the lack of input in the construction of party members and cadres, the influence of grassroots party branches and The management of Party members tends to be weakened, and the thinking on the construction of grassroots Party branches is not clear enough. In view of the existing problems, this paper puts forward some improvement countermeasures based on the target management and performance incentive system of the party branches.
