一前言热挤压模具工作时受到很大的挤压应力、张应力、弯曲应力、磨擦力和小能量多冲抗力,模腔与高温金属接触,模具温度达700℃以上,因而要求挤压模在高温下能保持较高的综合机械性能,既有较高硬度、强度、韧性、耐磨性和高温回火稳定性。因挤压模周而复始地加热和冷却,易形成热疲劳裂纹,因此要有良好的耐热疲劳性能,防止早期龟裂。热挤压模应具有高淬透性和抗氧化性能及良好的冷热加工性能。热挤压模的主要失效形式是热疲劳
